Hi Everyone, Hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year. I am writing to ask if anyone has ever used MTBE buffer apparently it increases the read length for DNA sequencing. I hope that someone can shed some light on this and maybe offer a protocol to try. Thanks in advance Mathew Nightingale
