Dear Sequencers
Our department is considering purchashing either an ABI3700 or Molecular
Dynamics MegaBACE for genotyping and sequencing. If anyone out there
already uses either of these, please tell me what you use it for, and
what are your loves and hates about it. I'm particularly interested to
hear how easy it is to use these machines for both sequencing AND
genotyping (ie switching between the two applications on a regular
basis).
