I am an Italian chemical resercher. I would like to obtain an
information: actualy, I am analysing oligonucleotide molecules with an
LCQDeca Thermoquest mass spectrometer and I arrive to see a concentration of
10-7 M, are there know methods to improve the sensitivity of the instrument
versus oligonucleotode molecule? Do you know if exist any pubblications that
speak about these methods?
