Hi,
I would like to ask to 3700 users if someone has encountered a problem
like mine, and maybe has solved it.
It happens that if I load four plates in the 3700 the first one gives
good results but the following plates give worse results with capillary
resolution decreasing, while if I load only one plate at a time (after a
reboot of the machine) results are satisfying.
I resuspend samples in water 10 20 30 40 ul respectively for 1° 2° 3° 4°
plate.
