Loading system for 96 lanes.

I use the Kloen loader and it is working fine now after a bit of practice.
I had some problems with basecalling though but it was down to loading too
much sample onto the gel (96 lanes are 1/2 size of 48 lanes). I now load
0.8ul of sample (pellet resuspended in 1.5ul) and I'm getting good runs. It
also allows me to repeat the run with the remaining sample if I get a bad
gel.
