Hi, all
I am trying to sequence BAC insert, but failed.
Right now, I am using the DNA prepared by Autogen 740 automated DNA
preparation device.
1- 4 ug DNA was tried according to OD260. I suspect there is something
left in the DNA after the Autogen740.
I've tried to warm the DNA at 60C for 20min to remove possible ethanol,
but no improvement yet.
Can somebody give me a hand?
