Anyone out there using phrap2gap and asp from the Sanger Center? I
believe I've collected all the scripts and necessary perl modules but with
no instructions on how to set up the program, I'm lost. Their web site
makes it sound like one would have used a package installer but none
exists. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
