Can anyone suggest a robot which is good at doing high-throughput reaction
setup (and PCR amplification?). I have looked into the ABI 877 (Catalyst)
and have heard mixed reviews. How about the Qiagen robot?
What are people using, how much do they cost and how adaptable are they to
ABI instrument needs (we have a 377 and a 310 for sequencing and
microsatellite analysis).
