For loading my sequencing gels with the 48 or 64 shark tooth I've got
problems with running over or better running under of my sample to the
neighbour lanes. I placed my comb deep enough ! It's just like that the
space between the glassplates is more than the 0.2 mm space of the
comb.
Does anyone know this phenomen, and what's the best solution to solve
this problem ?
I've read something about porous combs (cellulose), are they already
used (ref n° ??) can this solve the problem.
