We're thinking about moving to the 96 well format and would like some
feedback regarding the NaoAC/EtOH prec. in the 96 well tray. Any hints
for avoiding lose of pellets or cross contamintion would be helpful(Does
the paper towel trick work well for decanting EtOH?) Also, how close
can you get to the primer? Our main goal is to increase throughput
without reducing read length.
