I wouldn't say it is the 'premier sequence analysis package', but
it goes a considerable distance toward binding together free programs
and resources into a useful whole. It already does a lot of what
GCG can do, and there is more to come.
Furthermore, the taxonomy-aware programs are quite unique. See
'tax_collector'.
