Hi out there!!
I'm tired of paying a 100 $ for a bottle of 25 ml of the 10X running
buffer for the Perkin Elmer 310 Genetic Analyzer. I have heard that the
buffer is a TAPS buffer with 1mM EDTA.
Anybody out there know the molar conc. of TAPS and the pH and whether
or not the buffer contains anything else except TAPS and EDTA?
