Hi, has anyone used the 96-well upgrade of the ABI 377 for genotyping? It
seems they won't actually recommend that use, but ABI indicates there *are*
labs successfully using the GeneScan software in a 96-well configuration.
We are about to purchase a 377 for mixed use (genotyping and sequencing); if
the 96-well version isn't useful for GeneScan, then we'll stick with the
64-well version.
