I am having trouble sequencing through a region of inverted repeats. I
have tried building new primers and raising the temperature of my primer
annealing and extension steps. None have worked. I still get 150 very
strong bases and then the sequence drops off dramatically. Any hints,
chemicals I can add to the reactions, etc.
