sequencing reagents

Hi there,

I wonder, if someone has a suggestion how to cut the costs on PCR kits
for automated sequencing on an ABI 377 platform (e.g. alternative
"cheaper" suppliers for reagents, how to cut down reagent-volumes
etc...).
