Glycerol Tolerant Gel Buffer recipe

I am looking for the recipe for glycerol tolerant gel buffer used in DNA
sequencing gels.  Also has anyone used the buffer with automated
sequencers, specifically the ALFexpress.  Is there any improvement of
resolution versus TBE?  At what concentrations do you use in the gel and in
the running buffers?
