We have upgraded our 4 ABI377 since april and after some training with
the Hamilton multichannnel pipette for loading no problems.
Well, no problems without the lane tracking. In most of the case the
software is not able to do automatically a good lane tracking. The
people from ABI told us that they are working on a new version of the
software but i will not believe this until i can work with that.
However, considering the fact that manual lane tracking takes not more
2-5 min the increase in throughput is worth the investment.
