HELP!
I am trying to refine the polymerization step in preparing the gel
matrix for DNA sequencing.
It would help a lot if some bionet newsgroupies could enlighten me on
the chemistry of ammonium persulfate (APS) and TEMED effect, initiation
and control of acrylamide polymerization.
References to primary papers or reveiw articles would be especially
helpful.
