I have always found that 10x TBE will eventually precipitate -- so will
5x. What I normally do is to autoclave the 10x buffer. This seems to
give it a longer shelf life before precipitating. As soon as you notice
it precipitating just autoclave it again. This puts it back into
solution and doesn=92t seem to affect the buffer at all.
