Does anyone fancy contributing a few bits on the use of Genescan and
Genotyper technology. This could include chemisry optimisations, like SSCP
and AFLP on the 377. I have done quite a bit of AFLP in Microbial systems
but now need to talk to people in the same position about what do do with
all the data and process it through databases or gel compar.
