I am looking for advice / opinions on the suitability of a Li-cor
automated sequencer for genotyping studies.
We already use a 377 for analysis of plant di-nucleotide SSRs and I
am enquiring to find out if anyone uses the Li-cor system for the
same type of thing.
I would greatly value input on this.
