Anyone know what causes a huge blue blob that appears in the gel image
during a sequence run on an ABI 377 using a 4% acrylamide gel? I'm sure
it's a gel problem of somekind but I don't know what. The plate checks
usually look fine and during the run about 15-45 minutes into the run
(4XA) the blob appears and will ruin between 5 and 30 reads (out of 36
lanes). Anyone else experienced this?
