We would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience of sizing
triplet repeats (eg from Myotonic dystrophy or Huntington disease) on
the ABI 310. We have just started using this machine and noticed that
the Mwt derived from the 310 differs by about 2 repeats from other
sizing methods.
