The theory behind it is that by mapping the human geonome we can possibly
repair (in the future) damage or mistakes if you will in the DNA caused by
AGE.
In other words one ultimate goal of the human genome program is to create
a repair facillity for human DNA to ultimately extend the span of human
life by repairing minute mistakes in the DNA strand which are the cause of
aging.
