we , the Brigham and Women's Hopital seqeuncing facility in Bosotn,
have participated
in the abrf test but have so far not received any results. We are very
interested in the experience of other 377 users with the 4x run mode.
what is
this abrf tutorial about? i seem to have missed some of the
conversation here.
we routinely use 5 ul rxns, ETOH ppthn and LR. in the near future we
will start to use
our 377 for genotyping. has anybody experience with multiplexing etc...
we are are escially interested in any information regarding multiplex pcr
and
how people test and optimize their conditions.
also, has anybody successfully used the 48 lanes on the 377 using 4x run
mode
either for sequencing or genotyping?
