I would appreciate a note directly to me and not posted to the groups:
1. Who will be attending the tutorial, it will help in preparing enough
handouts.
2. Specific questions you want addressed. Don't be afraid to ask if you
are a beginner and that's also why you should respond directly to me and
not to the whole group.
3. Also some indication of your level of expertise.
Bruce Roe does not need to answer the last question.
We will address reaction volume, 5,10 and 20 ul. Examples will be in the
handout.
The merits of LongRanger, PagePlus, 29:1 and 37.5:1 acrylamide at the 2x
and 4x speed. Examples of results will be included in the handouts.
Optimum template amount in the reactions.
One of the panel is a Licor user.
Three of us have 377's, and two of us are using the 3.0 software.
