Dear Friends,
We have been using Long Ranger gel solution from FMC on our 373 (~5.0%)
and 377 (5.5%) machines but we have not been able to get long reads, as
claimed in the advertisements. I am requesting others who are getting
longer reads to please share their sequencing secrets with us.
I wanted to get some idea before playing around with gels
and running conditions. Especially if someone has compared GENE-PAGE Plus
and Long Ranger because some of the genome centers are using PAGE PLUS.
Your comments will be very valuable for us.
