Good morning,

well ourselves, we are using a mix 70% ethanol/ 0.5mM MgCl2 (74uL added 
to the 
20uL reaction), and after centrifugation, and complete removal of the 
supernatant, we are able to read the sequence from the 10th nucleotide.
As we load samples in two times we don't have any problem to track each 
lane.
