ABI has pissed me off by not letting me switch my DNA sequencing =
software
from my 373 to 377 machine, preventing me from using the new =
dRhodamine
chemistry kits. So I am retaliating in the other way I know how by
looking for alternative products from other vendors.
My questions:
- Has anyone used other DNA sequencing kits (mostly interested in the =
dye
terminator ones)? How satisfied were you and what was the price
comparison?
- For GeneScan applications, are there alternatives to TAMRA 350 and =
other
size markers?
