I,ve recently started running the autosequencer for our department(and
ABI 373) and have noticed a decline in the quality of our reads lately.
I,ve been trying to track down the cause and thought maybe it's the
quality of our chemicals. We've been using Biorads electrophoresis
grade. I'm looking for a source of purer chemicals, especially the
acrylamide. Any suggestions? Also does anybody use long ranger?
