Hi!
I am having a bit of a problem with GeneScan analysis. I am studying
different microsattelites using the Research Genetics Weber Screening
Set Ver 6. If for a particular Microsat I am suppossed to get 186,
190bp (and so on) bands, I get bands which are sized as 188 using TAMRA
350 or 500 internal lane standard, now how am I suppossed to size these
bands, should I classify the band as 186bp or 190bp? If anyone has a
similar problem and knows how to resolve it kindly email me. Thanks for
