Hello there, I have been having high background problem since I switched
from ABI373 to 377 machine, even after I reduced the sample to load to
1/6 of the reaction. I use to sequence directly from the PCR product
without purification which works fine for me. I even tried to cut the band
and purify, still gave me unsatifactory result. Could someone help me with
this. Thanks in advance!
