Dear sequencing netters,
I am currently using an ABI377 for sequence and genescan analysis.
I would welcome any suggestion, reference, or comment from
experienced users doing anything else with their sequencer.
I am particularly interested in Differential Display, which I
think can be performed with an ABI, using fluorescent primers
or F-dUTP instead of radio-labelled nucleotides.
Has anyone tried it?
