I was trying to get a genomic clone of a gene that was both completely
sequenced and fairly intron rich. It doesn't really matter which gene it
is but, because most people are not interested in sequencing eukaryotic
introns, I've had more trouble than I expected. Other than human Hprt, are
complete sequences of identified genes available?
