Hi
We also had similar problem with the ABI377. The pump used to stop
during pre-run. The service engineer said the problem was with the tap
water we were using to replenish the water compartment . He suggested
using de-ionised water with anti-freeze in it. This seems to help and we
have not had the problem since.
