Hi Sequencers,
I was wondering if any one knew where I could find protocols to do SSCP
(single strand conformational polymorphism) analysis on the 377 sequencer.
I'm interested in gel recipes, run times, run temperature...
Also, has any one tried to run fluorescein labelled products with the
Genescan application. They certainly would be an easier and cheaper
alternative to the ABI dyes.
