I have an emsembl file that I want to convert to an ACeDB database. I have
the embl2ace programme, and a copy of macperl, which I think I need to run
it. However, I'm not really sure what to do now. I don't know anything
about perl or programming in general. I assume I need to let the programme
know the name of the ensembl file to use, but I'm not sure how to do that.
Can anyone help?
