curious message about indexing

Can't really see why this is happening, I assume that you saved before quitting

Otherwise, all I can think is that you try dumping the database and building a
copy of it to see if it still happens. If you could try that and let me know
what happens. The index code has been very reliable but you may have found some
odd bug in it.
