I'm trying to use the GeneFinder features of AceDB and am having a problem
after I select an ORF and an ATG. When I go GeneFind..-> Selected -> temp
gene, I get the following message:
Failed to update parent sequence object: "temp_gene_1"
I've tried this with write priveleges and without with the same results.
temp_gene_1 seems to get created, but without the Source tag isn't filled in
and when I open it I get the following error (afterwhich it opens the
object):
Cannot map this object
