Sorry, sorry, sorry, this is a bug introduced by us into the latest code. The
bug was introduced for the best reasons: to fix an existing hole in acedb,
but...
You would only notice this on reinitialising a database, otherwise everything
would be OK.
Simon Kelley (here at Sanger) has fixed this, the fix will be available in the
next monthly build which will be done this week. If you need a binary quicker
than this you could contact Simon direct (srk at sanger.ac.uk).
