Dear ACEDB users,
Is there an utility to convert an ace/CAF assembly to a file of multiple alignments? I would like to use ReAligner(Anson EL), and I was told, that it accepts CAF file. I do not know what I am doing wrong but in my hand that does not work. So I thaught, maybe someone has a module that could prepare my ace/CAF assembly file for ReAligner?
