I am pleased to announce the release of the latest version of WinAce
(ACEDB for Windows) at the NCBI and Sanger Centre software sites for
WinAce.
This release is worth picking up since it repairs a number of
outstanding deficiencies in the software, including in particular,
printing (it does it now, quite beautifully...)
Unfortunately for Blixem/Dotter connaisseurs, these aforementioned
components remain to be repaired; however, pixel graphics is repaired on
the machine in Vancouver here, so dotter will definitely work in the
next release, once some additional software patches to Blixem are made.
I hope that every Windows ACEDB user enjoys the new release... It is
starting to behave quite nicely :-)
