I am interested in looking at Mismatch Repair in a series of mutants that I
have in my lab. I have been looking for a drug that I could use in a
convenient assay to screen through these mutants relatively quickly, but
have been having a little trouble finding a drug that I can use to inhibit
Mismatch Repair.
If anyone has any suggestions on a chemical than affects Mismatch repair,
I'd appreciate it.
