Hi,
i want to use 3-at to analyzed silencing of his5 gene of s.pombe cloned at
telomere of chromosome XIV of. S. cerevisiae.
Someone have a protocols to use that drug? I have test it but the yeast did
not die at 200mM of 3-at. I test the drug also in other strains with wt his3
gene, but the results are the same: the yeast did not die.
Someone help me?
