[Yeast] high phosphate and low phosphate medium

Hello,

Does anyone have the protocol to make high phosphate and low phosphate 
medium?
In a 1981 paper, they used polypeptone in high Pi medium, but peptone 
in low Pi medium. I am not sure whether I have to use different 
peptone.
