Hi all,
I am studying microsatellite mutations in yeast. I am looking for any
microsatellite data, that has been collected for /S.cerevisae /or any
closely related species (/sensu strictu /group), may be as part of
routine strain typing or a large scale time series experiment.
Alternatively, if anyone has already developed a set of primers for
/S.cerevisae - /Would they like to share an aliquot?
Any help is greatly (very) appreciated.
