Hi, All,
I wonder if there are any methods that do not use fluorescent probe for
staining yeast nuclei?
Thanks
Shaun

Hi all,
I am looking for a strong pombe promoter to express my gene. So aside
from adh, fbp1, tef, tet, SV40, nmt and hCMV promoters, are there any
other promoters? The nmt series of promoters will not do in my
situation.
Thanks
Nicholas
