[Yeast] problems of Yeast two hybrid library screen

Hi everyone,
 
I did the yeast two hybrid library creen. The yeast strain is PJ694A. Aftern yeast transformation, I got many positive colonies. Then I transfer all colonies to SD-LTH, and SD-LTA. It is very strange that the colonies grow very well on -LTH and -LTH plus 3AT plates, but none of the yeast grows on the -LTA plate. I don't think I took other dropout as dropout-LTA. Is it possible that no yeast grows on -LTA plate?
I am eager to know the reason. Does anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.
