hi all,
I am having problems with GFP expressing yeast (S.cerevisae) cells. i
observe a fixed region on the slide for an hour and a half. i excite
the cells for every 10 min (300 milliseconds excitations) to take
images. but they lose fluorescence after a few excitations. GFP seems
to photo bleach. any solutions for this problem? (rather than
decreasing excitation time)
