Hello,
I would like to mate yeast on plates. It's important to me that they
stay in place once the mating begins. I thought to do this by gluing
them to the surface by polylysine on a glass bottom dish and adding
medium. I was wandering whether anyone has had an experience with such a
thing. Is it possible ? How can I increase the efficiency ? Will I have
to use YPD or will SC be fine ? Any ideas for the protocol ?
